By making an appointment you automatically agree to the following conditions:

• La Solana Beauty and Health only works by appointmentand entirely at your own risk.
• You can make an appointment by phone, by E-mail, via messenger or Whatsapp. Preferably via Whatsapp
• When I work I have my phone on silent and I have no possibility to answer the phone.
• If you call from a foreign number (not Spanish), unfortunately I cannot call you back.
• Please try again later or contact one of the above options.
• Treatments and entering the site are at your own risk

 Payments:

• The customer must pay the payment immediately in cash
• We do not have the option for bank contact / pin payment.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

• Cancellation or change is possible up to 24 hours in advance.  
• If you do this later, 100% will be charged.
• If you are late, you will lose that time and the treatment will be shorter.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled and 100% will be charged and another appointment will be made.
• If you do not show up, we will charge the full treatment.

In connection with the Coronavirus and the measures taken by the government, I would like to draw your attention to the following.

• I request you to cancel or reschedule the appointment TIMELY if you:
• Cough, have a sore throat, sneeze and/or have a cold, have a loss of smell and/or taste
• Shortness of breath or pneumonia
• Fever
•  If there has been contact with someone who has COVID-19
• If there is a cure shorter than 2 weeks from COVID-19
• If any roommates have COVID-19
• Due to hygiene regulations, there is temporarily no water or coffee offered.

• There is a no-entry sign at the beginning of the street. This prohibition does not apply to local traffic. This is a dead end street. La Solana Beauty and Healt is located at the third house on the left.
• The gate opens when it's your turn. Don't use the bell.
•  You can park the car in the parking lot to the left of the driveway. (white gravel)

Bij het maken van een afspraak gaat u automatisch akkoord met de onderstaande voorwaarden:

• La Solana Beauty and Health werkt alleen op afspraak en geheel op eigen risico.
• Een afspraak maken kan telefonisch, per E-mail, via messenger of Whatsapp. Bij voorkeur via Whatsapp
• Als ik werk heb ik mijn telefoon stil staan en heb ik geen mogelijkheid om de telefoon op te nemen.
• Als je belt met een buitenlands nummer (niet Spaans), kan ik je helaas niet terugbellen.
• U kunt het later nog eens proberen of u kunt contact opnemen met een van de bovenstaande opties.

 Betalingen:

• De klant dient de betaling direct contant te betalen
• Wij hebben geen mogelijkheid voor bankcontact/ pin betaling.

ANNULERINGS VOORWAARDEN:

• Annuleren of wijzigen kan tot 24 uur op voorhand.
• Doe je dit later dan wordt  er 100 % in rekening gebracht.
• Ben je te laat, dan verlies je die tijd en is de behandeling korter.
• Ben je meer dan 15 minuten te laat dan wordt de afspraak geannuleerd en 100 % in rekening gebracht en een andere afspraak gemaakt.
• Indien je niet komt opdagen, dan rekenen we de volledige behandeling aan.
• Behandelingen en betreden van het terrein zijn op eigen risico

In verband met het Coronavirus en de door het overheid vastgestelde maatregelen, vraag ik uw aandacht voor het onderstaande.

Ik verzoek u om de afspraak TIJDIG te annuleren of te verzetten wanneer u:

• Hoest, keelpijn heeft, niest en/of verkoudheid heeft, reuk en/of smaakverlies hebt
• Benauwdheid of longontsteking
• Koorts
• Als er contact is geweest met iemand die COVID-19 heeft
• Als er genezing is korter dan 2 weken van COVID-19
• Als eventuele huisgenoten COVID -19 heeft
• Ivm met hygiene voorschriften wordt er tijdelijk geen water of koffie aangeboden.

Hygiëne:

• Neem altijd een douche of bad voordat je komt. Heerlijk voor jezelf en voor mij.

• Er staat in het begin van de straat een verboden inrij bord. Dit verbod geld niet voor bestemmingsverkeer.  Het betreft hier een doodlopende straat. La Solana Beauty and Healt is gelegen bij het derde huis aan de linkerkant.
• De poort opent als het uw beurt is.Het is niet nodig om de bel te gebruiken.
• U kunt de auto parkeren op de parkeerplaats links van de oprijlaan. (wit grind)
